« Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Einziges Manko; die Zuweisung des Platzes erfolgt nicht unbedingt nach der Größe des Campers bzw. nach den Anforderungen des Gastes. Es wurde viel hin und her gestellt. »

Bezüglich der Platzvergabe möchten wir Ihnen erklären, dass der Gast bei der Buchung einen Platztyp wählen muss, der für sein Fahrzeug und sein mitgebrachtes Material geeignet ist. Die Stellplätze (wie auch die Unterkünfte) werden in der Regel nach dem Zufallsprinzip zugewiesen. Wenn es die Verfügbarkeit jedoch zulässt, lassen wir unsere Gäste gerne bei ihrer Ankunft einen der verfügbaren Stellplätze auswählen, der ihnen am besten gefällt. « Die Anlage allgemein hat uns sehr gefallen. Das System mit dem Plätze tauschen haben wir nicht ganz begriffen! Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist das die Hundebesitzer ihre Hunde ihr Geschäft überall an die Sträucher und auf die Wege machen lassen. Dies müsste ganz klar mit Busse verboten werden. »

Wir bestätigen, dass Hunde auf dem Campingplatz ausgeführt werden dürfen, aber die Besitzer müssen die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Tiere unverzüglich beseitigen. « We stayed dec/jan in our motorhome on a premium pitch which contains a private lockable kitchenette and shower room which was luxurious and we were so glad to have had it! We hired a car and was able to park it on our pitch which was handy for bringing shopping back atc. The whole place is spotless and feels very safe as the security often go around in their buggys. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were great too! The little shop was well stocked & provided freshly baked morning pastries. The easy walk into Praia de luz where there are some lovely places to eat took about 20 minutes. We only usually stay on a site a few nights and move on but it was such a beautiful location & fantastic facilities that we were reluctant to leave! Throughly enjoed our time here! Thank you very much to all of the staff for being very welcoming , friendly & helpful. »

« Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns super betreut. Der Camping Platz ist wirklich schön, die Lagos bei Luz und Lagos ist super für Ausflüge. Das Camping Platz Team war Mega engagiert, besondere Dank gilt Judith, Sie hat ein wahnsinniges Engagement gezeigt, sie ist im wesentlichen an unserem perfekten Aufenthalt beteiligt. Großen Dank auch an die Gärtner und das restliche Personal. Wirklich ein top Team! Wir kommen gerne wieder. »

« We had a lovely time as always at Turiscampo. The staff is polite and helpful, the place impeccable and as always great service. I would though note that the lifeguards, reception, cleaningm maintenance and restaurant staff are all great, lovely hardworking people. The only thing to perhaps note was that the indoor pools seemed cooler than normal. The temperature could do with warming up a bit. Downside to the site is that the bins are at the entrance of the site and non can be found around the site. Another issue is the number of washing machine and dryers available which I take note is being addressed with the building of the new shower block. Other than that, we love Turiscampo and look forward to visiting again in the not so distant future. »

« We really liked it despite the not-so-great weather. The heated pool was great, the cabins were well-equipped, and the staff was nice. I only wish we had a different cabin (not right on the road), but that's my personal preference. »

« Very enjoyable, clean site. The prices of drinks in the bar are a little high. There is only one service point for the motorhomes which caused a lot of congestion. There was a considerable problem with barking dogs from the neighbourhood area which really needs to be addressed they would start at three in the morning. Reception staff were very helpful in finding us a pitch when we wanted to stay on and the site was full. »

« Sou cliente há vários anos. Gosto imenso do local mas este ano, ao contrário dos anos anteriores, a temperatura da piscina e do jacuzzi não correspondiam ao anunciado. Estava ligeiramente inferior e, por esse motivo, a sensação de conforto não era a mesma. »

Estimado Senhor, Agradecemos imenso a sua visita e o seu comentário. Lamentamos imenso que tenha sentido a temperatura da água da piscina e jacuzzi cobertos menos agradável este ano. A cobertura deste complexo de piscinas é amovível e, por isso, não oferece o mesmo nível de isolamento térmico de uma estrutura fixa. As baixas temperaturas que se têm feito sentir recentemente, sobretudo durante a noite, contribuem para uma descida significativa da temperatura ambiente e da água, apesar dos nossos sistemas de aquecimento.
