« From start to finish an excellent stay. We were opposite the building of a new block and the workers started at 7.30 which was a bit of a wake up call but it didn’t stop us having a fantastic stay. We had rain, wind, storms, which resulted in cancelled events but it did not ruin our time there. »

« Overall stay was good. However check-in time of 5pm is very late. We were shocked that clean sheets were left on the bed for guests to make on their own. You would think with such a late check-in time the cleaners could at least make the beds! Also checkout time was EXREMELY early (10 a.m.) considering your staff does not have much to clean as guests are required to leave the accommodation clean. Perhaps you need to hire more staff to clean and create a quicker turnaround time. »

Dear Madam, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that, overall, you had a good stay with us. We would like to clarify that the concept of staying in an accommodation is different from a hotel stay. Our units are rented furnished and equipped, but guests are responsible for bringing or purchasing the consumable items they may need during their stay (such as cooking ingredients, cleaning products, toiletries, etc.). Likewise, we do not provide daily housekeeping service or a bed-making service as in hotels. Bed linen is provided, but making the beds is the guest’s responsibility unless an additional service has been requested at the time of booking. Regarding check-in and check-out times, these are currently the ones stated in our General Conditions of Sale. We are reviewing these schedules but, for the moment, they remain unchanged. Please note that, even though guests are required to leave the accommodation tidy, our team still carries out thorough cleaning, inspection, and preparation procedures between stays to ensure quality and hygiene standards for all incoming guests. « This stay was negatively impacted by four simultaneous construction projects on the campsite: the new sanitary building, the new supermarket, the replacement/renovation of bungalows, and the weeks-long closure of the sanitary facilities in the spa building. The constant movement of construction equipment was often very disruptive and not restricted by quiet hours. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi on the campsite was practically unusable. The offered data allowance was far from sufficient for the number of users, often making it impossible to even log in. We submitted this feedback to management via email before our departure. We never received a personal response from management. The Wi-Fi remained unusable throughout our entire stay, despite claims that work was being done on it. Additionally, the spa's bonus rules were unilaterally restricted without prior notice during our stay. »

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction works during your stay. The continuous improvement and modernization of our facilities are essential for the long-term quality and sustainability of the campsite. Unfortunately, carrying out these upgrades does not leave us with an alternative solution, since the campsite remains open the whole year round. Regarding the Wi-Fi network, we can confirm that the entire dedicated infrastructure is currently under review with the goal of optimizing performance. This process involves testing coverage throughout the campsite, identifying areas with weak signal, assessing how many additional antennas are required and of which type, and studying their most effective locations. As you can imagine, this is a technical process that cannot be completed in a short period of time, but it is actively being worked on. Concerning the SPA loyalty/bonus program, we confirm that, in its current format, it will indeed be discontinued. However, as explained to you at the SPA, all guests who still hold a valid card will be able to continue using it until it is complete. « We really liked our stay on the new prime pitches BUT the hard standing was TERRIBLE! WE were sinking and there were puddles and ruts everywhere. We almost got stuck but just managed to get out using planks of wood. Please re lay and compact before we return next winter. »
