« Exceptional site. Super clean and well cared for. Only complaint is the showers. I totally agree with saving water but the fine spray at this time of year is cold by the time it hits your body. Super tefreshing in the summer but needs to be rethought for the mucher cooler winter months. »

« I think we were unlucky. We arrived late in a storm.. there was no room. We asked if we could stay in the carpark and was declined… another motorhome with Italian plates was already there with stabilising legs down, clearly staying for the night. We had to find another campsite in bad wind and rain and returned the following day, late morning the other motorhome was still camped in the reception car. I understand why touriscampo would not want this normally, but the weather condidtions were extreme and it was not safe for us to move …for this alone we felt this impaired our potentially positive feelings to the venue. »

« Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte, wurde mir sofort geholfen Ich habe noch nie so viele Angestellte gesehen, die sich um alles gekümmert haben. Alles so sauber Die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich zu beschäftigen wie Sauna, Innenpool , Morgengymnatik usw. Zum Überwintern super. Es gibt keine Langeweile Restaurant/Bar super Wir kommen gerne wieder »

« Good sized pitch, the restaurant and bar is great with really efficient helpful staff. Didnt use the pool as the showers were being updated. My only complaint is about the electricity on the pitch. This is supposed to be 10amp but kept tripping way below that, couldn't have 2 electric items on at the same time. Asked other campers and they were all having the same problem reported to Reception but received a shrug of the shoulders been coming for 7 years and never had a problem before, suspect the system is overloaded with all the new prestige pitches. It really needs sorting! »

We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the electricity supply. We would like to clarify that our previous circuit breaker system allowed the consumption to exceed the 10 amps slightly before tripping. The new digital system that has recently been installed is extremely sensitive and cuts off immediately as soon as consumption goes above the 10-amp limit. This can unfortunately give the impression that the supply is lower, especially when using more than one electrical appliance at the same time. There is now the possibility of upgrading to 16 amp. at a daily cost of 4€. Looking forward to your next visit! Best Regards, Turiscampo Yelloh! Village

« Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Einziges Manko; die Zuweisung des Platzes erfolgt nicht unbedingt nach der Größe des Campers bzw. nach den Anforderungen des Gastes. Es wurde viel hin und her gestellt. »

« We stayed dec/jan in our motorhome on a premium pitch which contains a private lockable kitchenette and shower room which was luxurious and we were so glad to have had it! We hired a car and was able to park it on our pitch which was handy for bringing shopping back atc. The whole place is spotless and feels very safe as the security often go around in their buggys. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were great too! The little shop was well stocked & provided freshly baked morning pastries. The easy walk into Praia de luz where there are some lovely places to eat took about 20 minutes. We only usually stay on a site a few nights and move on but it was such a beautiful location & fantastic facilities that we were reluctant to leave! Throughly enjoed our time here! Thank you very much to all of the staff for being very welcoming , friendly & helpful. »
