« We really liked it despite the not-so-great weather. The heated pool was great, the cabins were well-equipped, and the staff was nice. I only wish we had a different cabin (not right on the road), but that's my personal preference. »

« Very enjoyable, clean site. The prices of drinks in the bar are a little high. There is only one service point for the motorhomes which caused a lot of congestion. There was a considerable problem with barking dogs from the neighbourhood area which really needs to be addressed they would start at three in the morning. Reception staff were very helpful in finding us a pitch when we wanted to stay on and the site was full. »

« Sou cliente há vários anos. Gosto imenso do local mas este ano, ao contrário dos anos anteriores, a temperatura da piscina e do jacuzzi não correspondiam ao anunciado. Estava ligeiramente inferior e, por esse motivo, a sensação de conforto não era a mesma. »

Estimado Senhor, Agradecemos imenso a sua visita e o seu comentário. Lamentamos imenso que tenha sentido a temperatura da água da piscina e jacuzzi cobertos menos agradável este ano. A cobertura deste complexo de piscinas é amovível e, por isso, não oferece o mesmo nível de isolamento térmico de uma estrutura fixa. As baixas temperaturas que se têm feito sentir recentemente, sobretudo durante a noite, contribuem para uma descida significativa da temperatura ambiente e da água, apesar dos nossos sistemas de aquecimento. « A água da piscina aquecida e o ambiente em volta da piscina estavam frios. É importante pensarem em aquecer mais a água.Sendo um parque campismo situado em Portugal, a língua privilegiada deveria ser o português . É realmente vergonhoso haver funcionários do parque que não falam português. É importante os funcionários falarem inglês mas é fundamental falarem português. »

Lamentamos imenso que tenha sentido a temperatura na zona da piscina coberta menos agradável mas importa referir que a cobertura existente é amovível e, por isso, não oferece o mesmo nível de isolamento térmico de uma estrutura fixa. As baixas temperaturas que se têm feito sentir recentemente, sobretudo durante a noite, contribuem para uma descida significativa da temperatura ambiente e da água, apesar dos nossos sistemas de aquecimento. Quanto à questão do idioma, gostaríamos de informar que praticamente toda a nossa equipa multilingue da receção fala português, havendo apenas um elemento, que se mudou para Portugal há pouco tempo e que está conosco também há pouco tempo, que ainda não fala português. Esta pessoa, no entanto, nunca se encontra sozinho, havendo sempre outro membro da equipa disponível para prestar apoio aos clientes em português sempre que necessário. « Modern campsite with Supermarket, Restaurant, Pools and Spa. Possibility to rent a car. Friendly and supportive Team at the reception. Very clean sanitary and well-maintained vegetation. Absolutely recommend 😊 »

« Lovely staff, very friendly. Only disappointment was i couldnt buy the site mascot as thry didnt have any 😞 Even during building works everything was very clean and tidy. »
